Had a relatively clean macports install and py26-anyjson failed to install when trying to import setuptools. 

Error: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command failed
Error: Failed to install py26-anyjson
Log for py26-anyjson is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_Users_deric_Projects_macports-trunk_dports_python_py26-anyjson/main.log
Error: The following dependencies were not installed: py26-anyjson
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Adding a patch with py26-distribute as a dependency
