Do you know the reason?

Thanks, marc

Did you upgrade to Snow Leopard in between installing some of mesa's dependencies and mesa itself? See the Migration instructions.

The other option is that you changed build_arch, in which case you need to make sure your installed ports are rebuilt for the new arch before installing anything new that depends on them.

Two months ago I moved to Snow Leopard and yesterday I executed "port install kcachegrind". It is the first time I used MAcPorts since I upgraded the OS. Am I answering your question?

Yesterday I also installed MacPorts from sources (it seems the recommended approach for Snow Leopard). Could it have an influence?

How can I recover the situation?

Hopefully you've already discovered the answer to your question, but if not, it is to follow the Migration procedure, as Joshua already said above. You will need to uninstall and reinstall all ports.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
