Description

The attached Portfile diff upgrades the pdb2pqr package to the current 1.7 release and switches the gfortran used for building pdb2pqr to gfortran-mp-4.5.

Using the MacPorts base patch from #15514, I get this message: 

Warning: reinplace s|/usr/bin/python|/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.6/bin/python2.6|g didn't change anything in /opt/local/var/macports/build/_Users_rschmidt_macports_dports_science_pdb2pqr/work/pdb2pqr-1.7/pdb2pka/pka.py

I assume the reinplace should be changed from searching for "/usr/bin/python" to searching for "/usr/bin/env python", since that's what that script's shebang line now says? I attached a revised proposed patch; let me know what you think.
