I attached both the diff (duply.diff) and the revised Portfile - is there a problem with the attached diff?

In the future, supply only the diff; don't supply a complete Portfile as this imposes an additional burden on the ticket reviewer to figure out which file to use (or to discover that they are in fact the same).
Also, don't make changes to the Id line in your diffs.
