Description
In view of the number of bugs against ports that get assigned to darwinports-bugs@ on a default basis, regardless of how active the maintainer might be, I added a few comments to the guide to emphasize that bugs should be appropriately assigned to the corresponding maintaner. This was already somewhat explicit in some parts of the guide, nevertheless.
Changes go into the "Updating Ports You Do Not Maintain" section of chapter 15 and into the "Updating a port" section of chapter 16. Patches to come next. Please review, comment and/or commit, or approve and alert me and I'll commit. Or... disapprove ;-)
