Description
The author of rb-fcgi has released a fix for two major memory leaks. Portfile also references extconf.rb which is neither used by fcgi nor present in the archive as it uses install.rb instead.
Here is a diff & the patch.

Please, when submitting bugs against existing ports assign them to the corresponding maintainer. If he/she is not active any longer then other developers will take care of the issue, but maintainers should always be addressed first about their work. And apart from helping us keep things more organized, assigning to maintainer helps you catch his/her attention quicker.

This looks like it installs a new copy of rb-fcgi 0.8.5, not 0.9.5.
I've also submitted an update to rb-fcgi that updates to 0.8.6, the newest version of which I'm aware...
