Fixed in gcj34, which really shouldn't have installed jar as it's already there from either the JDK or, as you found, kaffe.
Unfortunately (since gcj takes forever to build) you'd have to reinstall gcj34's new revision to full fix it...

Oupss two more conflicts with kaffe :
bin/rmic bin/rmiregistry
but non afterwards.
However, I think that gcj34 should depend on some sort of java implementation if it is to delete some crucial files. (my 2cents)

Additional dups removed from gcj34 port; note that the removed files are simply symlinks, and all binaries are still available from gcj34, just in the version-specific dir.
Sorry this took so long, but it's assigned to Ole and I never saw the reopen...
what jar file? Or do you mean "bin/jar"?
