D-Bus call fails since upgrade to KDE 4.6.0

Description

I get error messages like this: 

kmymoney(1776)/kdecore (K*TimeZone*): KSystemTimeZones: ktimezoned initialize() D-Bus call failed:  "No such object path '/modules/ktimezoned'"

when starting KMyMoney4-devel.

Also there is: 

unnamed app(1778)/kdecore (kdelibs) getBundle: getBundle( "/opt/macports-test/Applications/KDE4/kio_file" ,  false ) called
klauncher(1779)/kio (KLauncher) KLauncher::processRequestReturn: "kio_file"  failed.
kdeinit4: PID 1783 terminated.
kmymoney(1776): couldn't create slave: "Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_file'.
" 
kmymoney(1776)/kio (KIOJob) KIO::TransferJob::slotFinished: KUrl("file:///opt/macports-test/share/apps/kmymoney/html/kmymoney.css")

The latter seems to be responsible for an incorrect display of KMyMoney's homepage, since the CSS cannot be loaded properly.

This looks quite similar to what happened in #25178. (Don't known whether #27555 is of relevance.)

I think I got all the files back into the patch again: r75569.
