rb-preferences fails to fetch

Description

trying to install on Mac OS X 10.6.4 MacBook intel Core Duo 32 bit only 

sh-3.2# port -v install rb-preferences rb-test-unit-mock
--->  Computing dependencies for rb-preferences.
--->  Fetching rb-preferences
--->  preferences-0.2.tgz doesn't seem to exist in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ruby
--->  Attempting to fetch preferences-0.2.tgz from http://lil.fr.distfiles.macports.org/ruby

... not found on several sites
Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: fetch failed

it looks like the portfile should refer to rb-renferences .. only guessing, i have no looked at it

Summary: rb-preferences tries to dnld wrong file → rb-preferences fails to fetch

The port simply needs to be updated to version 0.3; upstream appears to no longer be providing the 0.2 distfile, and we apparently did not mirror it.
