Description
The attached Portfile.diff updates the relax packaging to the new 1.3.9 release and contains a depends_lib on port:py26-wxpython to support the new graphic interface to relax. This can be tested with...
relax -g
This packaging also adds support for port test phase for the relax build. Note that I would have switched relax to python27 but we don't have a py27-wxpython at the moment.

Updated this ticket to upgrade the current relax packaging to version 1.3.10. Note that you need to have the updated packaging
for pymol (#29345) installed to allow relax to find the pymol_path when loading the pymol module. Also, this packaging requires
the updated wxWidgets-python and py26-wxpython packaging (#29389 and #29390) since relax's gui support requires the 2.8.12.0
release. Note that this support can be tested by executing relax as 'relax -g'.
