litterally, if i replace -c with -fc on each of the preconfigure commands, it works, I can't even pretend to know tcl

Please remember to preview and use WikiFormatting. Add the full log as an attachment. I suspect you're using +universal, and the failure is happening because the port was modified to use muniversal in r49150 without updating the pre-configure code accordingly.
