Takanori,
Please find attached a patch for the Portfile which will:

  • upgrade the Ghostscript portfile to version 9.02
  • upgrade Mapping Resources for PDF to the 2009-11-16 release
  • use SourceForge mirrors for Mapping Resources for PDF
  • fix the currently-broken livecheck mechanism
