glib2 @2.28.5 not compiling on Leopard ppc64

Description
I'm trying get glib2 compile on the way to compiling kdenlive on OS X 10.5 (Leopard). I have XCode 3.1.2 installed and most other things compile just fine.
I have attached a full debug log.
The build target in macports.conf is set to ppc64 and the universal target to "ppc ppc64".

You should report this problem to the developers of glib2. I don't have the expertise to fix this, nor a 64-bit PowerPC system on which to test any potential fixes.
The workaround for now would be to not use the ppc64 architecture, and to instead build everything with architecture ppc.
P.S: Consider updating to Xcode 3.1.4.

Do you happen to know where the bug tracker is for glib2? I think it's part of the gtk toolkit but not 100%.

My mistake, I did have Xcode 3.1.4. :)
I have added a bug report with the gnome project and will provide feedback here if required.

This upstream bug was resolved and the fix is included in the version of glib2 currently in MacPorts. I do not have a ppc64 machine to verify it.
