Description
sudo port install ghostscript command fail at libtiff.dev treatment
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `obj/../soobj/libtiff_.dev', needed by `obj/../soobj/libtiff.dev'. Stop. make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs.... make: *** [so] Error 2

Is this still a problem with version 9.05? If so, please attach a complete log (the currently attached one starts with the build phase already partly completed).

Has duplicate #35637 which was with 9.05_2. A complete log is attached there.
Does the problem still occur with 9.06? Try:
sudo port clean ghostscript sudo port selfupdate
