Trying to install Trackmania Nations Forever following this guide: ​http://www.gingedas.net/node/272 XCode IS installed, MacPort also. My Mac is the same as in the guide description (Snow Leopard 10.6.6).

Xcode is not installed properly. Please reinstall it, making sure the Unix Development checkbox is not deselected.

Also, you'll notice in your output above that "Synchronization of the local ports tree failed doing rsync". You'll need to figure out why that happened as well and correct it so that you can sync. (Is rsync disabled on your network perhaps?)
