Description

This is a new Portfile for Healpy, the Python wrapper for an astronomy library called healpix. I also recently submitted a new Portfile for Healpix.

I also have a matching python25 version of this port. Should that go on a separate ticket?

I just updated the Portfile for healpy 0.10.2, and I also switched to using the Python subport mechanism.
