The problem happens because I installed redland first, which installs version 1.0.12

...and uninstalling redland does not resolve the problem : redland-bindings installs 1.0.12 anyway and then still complains about the version not being 1.0.10

Perhaps existing ticket #27282 which requests redland-bindings be updated will resolve this.

I updated redland-bindings to 1.0.13.1 in r80051.

But before that I had to update redland to 1.0.13 in r80050.

And before that I had to update rasqal to 0.9.26 in r80049.

And before that I had to create a port for raptor2 2.0.3 in r80048.

#27282 can remain open to handle the second part of that request (adding a lua variant).
