I see that python port installs framework under /opt/local ​https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/lang/python32/Portfile#L43

Does it makes sense to do the same for fuse4x-frameworks to avoid destroot tree violation?

It already does. :-) 

Port fuse4x-framework contains:
  /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Fuse4X.framework/Fuse4X
  /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Fuse4X.framework/Headers
  /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Fuse4X.framework/Resources
  ...

<facepalm> Sorry for some reason I thought that it uses the default dir.
