macvim 7.3.snapshot61 build failure

Hi,

This just happened to me when trying to upgrade MacVim:

Duplicate #30878 posits it may be a case-sensitive filesystem issue.

Got the same problem here. Build output says

/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_editors_MacVim/MacVim/work/MacVim/src/MacVim/MMFullscreenWindow.m: No such file or directory

and, indeed, I have:

$ ls /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_editors_MacVim/MacVim/work/MacVim/src/MacVim/ | grep -i fullscreen
MMFullScreenWindow.h
MMFullScreenWindow.m

where you might notice the difference in the capitalization of FullScreen vs. Fullscreen.

Manually renaming MMFullScreenWindow.m to MMFullscreenWindow.m solves the problem.
