OS 10.6.8 on Quad-Core Mac Pro failed to update atlas from 3.9.37_0 to 3.9.47_0.

Try using the gcc45 variant.

Actually a duplicate of #30748. Something is wrong with the Xcode install (lacks stdint.h).
