No, I do not have a patch and I don't know if one already exists for 10.5 (Leopard).
Is it appreciated to keep submitting bug reports for unsupported OS versions or is it better to drop those?
I was unable to find anything about this in de wiki and I don't want to bother anyone with unwanted tickets.

Let's not be so hasty to drop support for Leopard, since it's the last OS that exists for PowerPC Macs.
