atlas: patch diff files are not available

I am getting a fetch error when trying to install atlas in Lion. Upon visiting the distribution files repository (http://distfiles.macports.org/atlas/) I noticed that the various patch files that the macports installation requires are not available. Thus, I was unable to download these *.diff files allow the installation to proceed with local files. An example of the error is below:
:notice:fetch ---> Attempting to fetch patch-SpewMakeInc_c.diff from http://distfiles.macports.org/atlas :debug:fetch Fetching failed:: The requested URL returned error: 404
And I have attached the entire logfile. Thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

I have in the meantime installed ATLAS from source rather than using the macports distribution. Thanks for looking into the issue.

Well, that's strange. Anyway v54 is out, I'm going to update the port to the latest version.
