Committed in r86894 with these changes

  • changed port name from filezilla to FileZilla
  • pkgconfig is a build dependency not a library dependency
  • removed "build.cmd nice make"; if you want nice builds, change buildnicevalue in macports.conf
  • added "supported_archs i386 ppc" and "universal_variant no" to match dependency wxWidgets
  • added "use_parallel_build no" to fix build failure
  • more specific master_sites, to avoid redirects
  • more specific license
  • whitespace changes / reformatting
