Description

The patch-config.h.in patch disables the deflogin and login commands. So, whenever this patch is applied, comment out those commands in etcscreenrc. Otherwise you get errors when starting screen.

This works for me with 4.2.1 committed in r119587, even though the keybindings for ^A I and ^A O are still there, so I'm just going to close that as worksforme for now.
