unable to install sphinx

Description

Getting an error when trying to build Sphinx, log output below (I've tried completely wiping Macports and reinstalling, to no avail).

I've attached: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_textproc_sphinx/sphinx/main.log
