Mysql5 repos no longer hold 5.0.3-beta tarballs

the 'port install mysql5' command fails while attempting to download the mysql tarball.

I brief scan on those download sites revealed that the latest kit is 5.0.6-beta, and hte earliest available kit is 5.0.4-beta.

please update your ports tree as this has already been fixed with an update to 5.0.6-beta
