BUG: TeXShop case inconsistency

Description
In building TeXShop 2.03 (OS X 10.4.1, gcc 4.0, UFS), the build stops with the following:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/DevToolsCore.framework/Resources/pbxcp -exclude .DS_Store
-exclude CVS -exclude .svn -strip-debug-symbols -resolve-src-symlinks /usr/local/var/db/dports/ build/ file._usr_local_var_db_dports_sources_rsync.rsync.opendarwin.org_dpupdate_dports_aqua_TeXShop/ work/texshopsource/German.lproj/TeXShopHelp /usr/local/var/db/dports/build/ file._usr_local_var_db_dports_sources_rsync.rsync.opendarwin.org_dpupdate_dports_aqua_TeXShop/ work/texshopsource/build/Default/TeXShop.app/Contents/Resources/German.lproj pbxcp: TeXShopHelp: No such file or directory BUILD FAILED
There seems to be a case inconsistency (does this exist in the source package? could it be fixed there?), as there is a directory TexShopHelp with the following contents (some of the files have the same inconsistency): jwa@bach:TexShopHelp> ls TeXShop Help.html* TexShopHelp.helpindex pgs/ TexShopHelp idx gfx/ sty/

Fix checked in.
Also, the following happens: ---> Staging TeXShop into destroot Error: Target com.apple.destroot returned: error copying "/usr/local/var/db/dports/build/ file._usr_local_var_db_dports_sources_rsync.rsync.opendarwin.org_dpupdate_dports_aqua_TeXShop/ work/texshopsource/build/TeXShop.app": no such file or directory
TeXShop.app seems to be in build/Default, not directly in build directory.
