    11Yes, I think the github repo is the way to go, using gmic.eu as the homepage.  Current release version is 1.6.7.

    3 Since there has been no response from the maintainer, the port is now nomaintainer per #50630.  Please feel free to go ahead and update the port. And if there's any way to make it build with +quartz as well as the current X11 (not sure this is the case), that would be a big plus.  See #50680.
