Description:
Spread is a toolkit that provides a high performance messaging service that is resilient to faults across external or internal networks. Creation of the Portfile was very straightforward with two minor exceptions. First, the standard download location requires online registration. After chatting with Jonathan Stanton at the spread organization, he provided the no-reg-required link in the attached Portfile. Second, while the product is called "spread", the tarball and its extract both take the name spread-src. Handled in the Portfile. Tested on Tiger with gcc3.3.

oops - commited though...
fixed the -install_name of the dylibs; works on 10.4 with gcc4
