py-tiff: checksum mismatch because HTML file

I have problems with installing py-tiff. I have the checksum mismatch. I updated ports and all outdated ports:

sudo port selfupdate
sudo port upgrade outdated

then I followed this:

sudo port clean --dist py-tiff 

then after sudo port install py-tiff I am getting this error:

I cannot resolve the host pubweb.northwestern.edu. Did you read MisbehavingServers? You must have a "helpful" DNS server.

I see a new version of py-tiff available ​here. I'll update the port.
