dbus 1.4.20_0 +startupitem activation error

Description

I use the +startupitem variant and got this error with the latest version:

x ./opt/local/bin/dbus-send
x ./opt/local/bin/dbus-uuidgen
Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: could not set owner for file "/Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist": no such file or directory

This is not a duplicate; this is a new problem.

This suggests that the problem exists only when users get a pre-compiled binary, not when building from source (which I verified works fine).

I have a commit with a revbump in the works. I am in the middle of building and testing variant combinations.
