Description
i ran, sudo port selfupdate, then sudo port upgrade outdated and it fails on glib2

Also please let me know what version of OS X and Xcode you have.

sudo port clean glib2, sudo port install glib2

That's curious, but before we go digging into it too far, since this was not a clean attempt, please "sudo port clean glib2", then try again, then attach the new main.log file.
