Has duplicate #36666.

This might possibly be because the apt that MacPorts ships is outdated, see #13425 for more info

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

In 5bc6caf1f1f3266886a33d28430f0775da779109/macports-ports:

apt: Remove outdated and abandoned port

The port has not seen version updates in almost 10 years and open
tickets have not seen new comments in 4 years. The port does not compile
in its current form. As there is no interest to fix this port, let's
remove it.
