Description

Looks like stardict has a new home from which ​version 3.0.3 is available. Here's a start to a patch, which updates the homepage, master_sites, version, checksums, adds the license, and updates the patch. Configure fails with: 

checking for mysql.h... no
configure: error: mysql.h header not found
configure: error: ./configure failed for tools

stardict does not currently declare a dependency on a mysql port so either such a dependency needs to be added and the configure script told where to find mysql.h, or the configure script needs to be told not to look for mysql stuff.

Updated to 3.0.4 in r111503. MySQL appears to be used only by the "tools" subsection so I disabled that.
