p5-clone: fetch fails

Can't install p5-dbi because fetch can't get Clone-0.31.

Here's the result:

There appears to be a problem with your network. The file definitely exists at several of those URLs.

I just successfully pulled it from both ​http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/CPAN/modules/by-module/Clone and ​ftp://mirror.hiwaay.net/CPAN/modules/by-module/Clone
