Dependency for help2man not found after upgrade

After a selfupdate, I get this dependency error when trying to upgrade outdated packages. I am using the latest version on Mac OS X Lion 

$ sudo /opt/macports/bin/port version
Version: 2.1.1

$ sudo /opt/macports/bin/port upgrade outdated
Password:
Warning: No port p5.12-locale-gettext found in the index.
--->  Computing dependencies for help2man
Error: Dependency 'p5.12-locale-gettext' not found.
Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1

Run "sudo port -v selfupdate" again. If that doesn't fix it, show us what output "sudo port -v selfupdate" produced.
