Description

MSP GEOTRANS converts geographic coordinates among a wide variety of coordinate systems, map projections, and datums.

The patchfile 'autotools.diff' converts the library to build using automake. The patchfile 'datadir.diff' removes the hardcoded dependency on "../../" if MSPCCS_DATA is not set, and fixes a crashing bug when selecting the ellipsoid if it is.
