gegl +universal fails because of babl

Description

My MacPorts is set to install everything as universal, so with gegl's latest port update it is set to be universal and thus "port upgrade outdated" tried to build gegl universal but failed because port babl is not set as universal.

Error: its dependency babl does not build for the required arch(s) by default
Error: and does not have a universal variant.
Error: Unable to upgrade port: architecture mismatch

Gegl 0.2.0 also failed to build on my G5 because of a syntax error.

That's #35148 which is a separate problem.

tried to build gegl universal but failed because port babl is not set as universal.

Fixed by re-enabling babl's universal variant in r95812.
