Description

This patch updates fontconfig to 2.10.

I'm not committing it yet because it fails to build universal, because the symlinks it installs in /opt/local/etc/fonts/conf.d have changed from relative to absolute. This exposes a bug in the muniversal portgroup about which I'll file a separate ticket.
