Add gcc46 variants to gromacs and gromacs-double

Description

The ports gromacs and gromacs-double have gcc45 as a library dependency. gcc46 is available and gromacs compiles fine with it. Could we get the gromacs ports updated to gcc46 as a variant to avoid the gcc45 library dependency / compile-time requirement?

Version bump, added license, and updated compiler variants for gcc46 and gcc47, with gcc47 the default (for better vectorization) in r96212.
