boost 1.51.0 is available; not sure if we should update or wait awhile. (Not sure if our boost-using ports are compatible with this version.)

Thank you; I'm always a little afraid of new versions of boost because they seem to get odd little weirdnesses that you only find after a 16 hour compile!
Verifying and will commit when tested.
