A couple problems:

  • revision and epoch should start at 0; simplest to just omit the revision and epoch lines to do this
  • the license field should indicate which versions of the licenses are applicable, if known (for example "GPL-2 LGPL-2.1+")
  • since this software is hosted on github, you could simplify the port by using the github portgroup
  • ports shouldn't fetch from master; fetch from a specific branch, ideally a tag if available (though I see this project has no tags; you could encourage the author to create a tag)
  • you don't need to Cc yourself when you are the reporter
  • you should put the port name in the Port field
