I cannot update rsvg. Thought it was a similar ticket before, but I'd say it is different after all. See attached log

Main error I found in the file is 

:info:build /usr/include/unistd.h:746: syntax error, unexpected identifier in 'int fgetattrlist(int,void*,void*,size_t,unsigned int) __attribute__((availability(macosx,introduced=10.6)));' at 'size_t'

The actual relevant part of the log appears to be: 

:info:build libtool: link: cannot find the library `/opt/local/lib/libpng14.la' or unhandled argument `/opt/local/lib/libpng14.la'

which makes this a duplicate of #35961.
