Version 2.13 is the latest: http://argtable.sourceforge.net/
I have been using argtable 2.13 for some time into my MacPorts installation, using a local Portfile.
Tested with MacPorts 2.1.2 forced to i386 on 10.6.8 with Xcode 3.2.6 (gcc 4.2.1).
I can maintain updates.

Sure, will do, sorry for that. I submitted today some updates in a row, which unfortunately supplied Portfiles instead of unified diffs. I'll change that practice for the next ones.

No problem. I committed the update in r97984 with several changes:
- fixed the livecheck
- indicated the license (LGPL)
- rewrote the sourceforge master_sites to avoid HTTP redirects
- rewrote the distname so it's computed from the version so you don't have to remember to update it every time
- switched to rmd160 and sha256 checksum types
- added you as maintainer
For all new or changed lines, I've used spaces for indentation at four spaces per indent, since this is our preferred whitespace style.
I made a second commit in r97985 changing the remaining lines to this new style and adding our normal modeline to indicate this.
While glancing at the project's homepage I noticed a problem which I'll email them about, and I'll Cc you.
Thanks. In the future, please supply a unified diff (instead of a complete portfile) so that we can more easily review your proposed changes and so that you can be sure that every change is one you actually want made. In this case, your portfile re-introduces "waqar" as maintainer of the port, even though he has retired from MacPorts and was removed as maintainer last month.
