Description
Here are minor patches to support Mountain Lion. The TAO (and ACE, ticket #36294) distro uses version-specific includes and makefiles to support the various Mac OS X releases. The current version 6.1.4 does not yet have those for Mountain Lion.

btw I had done this using links to the existing header and makefiles which support Lion (and which are usable for Mountain Lion also). If that might be the preferred style I can resubmit. Let me know.

Whoops. The extra header file does not get installed. Am testing a fix and will repost patches.

Extra patch file to do just the extra file copy for Mountain Lion. This is in addition to the original Portfile patch which has already been applied to the svn tree.
