Can't upgrade libpcap to 1.3.0

Running port upgrade outdated gives me: 

--->  Attempting to fetch libpcap-1.3.0.tar.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/libpcap
Error: org.macports.fetch for port libpcap returned: fetch failed
Please see the log file for port libpcap for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_net_libpcap/libpcap/main.log
Error: Unable to upgrade port: 1

For every host, the log says: 

:debug:fetch Fetching distfile failed:: couldn't connect to host

So there is a problem with your network that you need to fix.
