Hello,
It seems that kompare don't work. : I have a message box with this message :
Could not load our kompareViewPart.
See attachment the console output.

Is the problem still present with the present version (4.11.1), where kdesdk has been fragmented ? I can't reproduce the issue and kompare seems to work fine at this stage.

Assuming that the issue is not relevant anymore with the absence of feedback, and the fact that kdesdk4 has been fragmented in kde 4.11 so that kompare is now a separate port.

This looks like another issue where KDE applications can't communicate because of an non-updated cache. Does this still happens with the update to 4.8.5 where it should be fixed ?
The ticket is prior to the update, and I can't reproduce the issue with the present version.
