Description

The attached patch updates the pgbouncer port to version 1.5.3 (newest from upstream) and updates its postgresql dependency to postgresql92, with variants for all the older postgresql versions.

postgresql92 support should be a variant too, enabled by default. All the postgresql variants should conflict with one another.
