Description
rabbitmq-server version 2.8.7 has been released (see rabbitmq announcement). The attached patch updates the Portfile.

remove empty test phase
It looks like the empty test phase got committed after all. I removed it in r99299.
The ability to run tests is off by default in MacPorts. Ports wanting to allow users to run tests must specify:
test.run yes
