apache2 portfile does not require port openssl

in mac os x 10.4 bsd subsystem contains libssl 0.9.7 and zlib 1.2.2, as provided by portfiles. i do not need to install that ports. please fix that, as example like this:

Status: newclosed

Unofficial DarwinPorts policy is to prefer libraries from DarwinPorts whenever possible, in order to avoid various conflicts. Also, Tiger's OpenSSL is still at 0.9.7b; the latest is 0.9.7g.
